  Does your no-hassle returns policy for Disc Protection System allows for ALL returns regardless of the reason. For merchants that shipped DVDs factory sealed, I can return the DVD for whatever reason so long the DVD has not been opened. Would this be the case under the Disc Protection System? There are cases when customers may want to return the DVD. No-hassle means no-hassle :) .. so yes for any reason.

  I'll try and clear up a few things ... Firstly - on the no return for sealed discs - I'd highly recommend our Free - Disc Protection System, we open the discs, wrap them for safe keeping in paper towel. You will never have to worry about a Floater under this system. We have a no-hassle returns policy if this system is used.. A high percentage of "floaters" happen when shipping, so this system is perfect. Now on the security questions/issues. 1) You are 100% covered by your credit card company for any false items on your statement. It's the retailer that gets burnt - not the customer. 2) The 3-digit is needed currently because it was mandated by our credit card processor, www.beanstream.com, as a security measure to protect us,...

  tricia - you are right on with your points .. the funny thing is that every point can be appplied to every industry in this world .. except maybe for the std worry .. but in other businesses there are plenty of other "std's" out there... you don't need to look another further than places like Enron and Worldcom to see that even if everything "looks" right, doesn't mean it is right.. bad shit happens everywhere and it's up to person in it to decide whether they want to take the chance or not.. and live with the choices they make.

  one thing I hate about society is when they try and make somebody do something they don't want to do on their own.. nobody has the right to tell you what to do .. ever. legislation is always trouble, all it will result in is more red tape and law suits. If conditions aren't good in the porn industry it's up to the pornstars to say, I'm not doing this .. if you are worried about STDs then use condoms .. if they don't allow you - you have the right to walk away.. Saying the money is too good is just crap, you make your choice.. money or not.   forgot to add ... to me the main story should have been the lack of safe sex in the porn industry and regulations.. it's just common sense. sure some consumers don't like to see condoms in movies, but if all movies had condoms, I'm pretty sure the consumer wouldn't give up porn :) the fact that there isn't some type of union is not smart.. and the girls themselves are to blame.. if every pornstar signed up, they would have a lot more power .. and protection.

  what was elegant angel thinking when they allowed ABC to follow her around? I hope they weren't dump enough to think it was actually going to be a positive show. one thing they seem to conviently leave out was the fact that everything they are talking about is completely legal in every way.. the girls are > 18, they aren't forced to do anything they don't want to do. It's *their* choice...
