  the better answer to the question is that.... good amount of their fans can relate to a woman getting older and getting softer/bigger yet retaining their sexiness. As the fans age...the "real" women in their lives get slightly softer around the middle. the porn stars they like are just idealized versions of these women they desire of course there are limits and thresholds...but ,for many of their fans...they haven't crossed the line.... yet.... it's stark contrast to fans who want a rigid and artifical(breast surgery, peroxide blone) version of sexiness.

  was already mentioned.. there are hundreds if not thousands of new people coming in to Hollywood each day...easier to cast some new chick than a woman who has done flicks. Also...lightning has to strike for one of these thousands of new chicks to become a star..... takes unique look/star quality + the right role....for any woman to become a mainstream star....

  Pleasure Giver I feel you...but if a person doesn't want to do something, they shouldn't do it. I used to get upset about reading stuff like this but, however chicks feel they need to navigate their careers..it's all good. It's a business and if they are convinced that perfroming in a scene with a BlACK male performer is gonna impact their money,,they shouldn't do it. It's no great loss to the male performers, nor the fans. Unless the chick is incredibly unique, there might be 5 chicks who look exactly like her who are gonna do it. It's hard being a Black fan of porn sometimes, but entertainment world isn't much different from society in general......even adult entertainment . keep it moving.

  I think there are just way more white chicks in the biz than Black girls.... with the competition for work so high for white chicks....plenty of chicks have to do more to get work and get noticed. No disrespect to anybody because you can only speak about what your life experiences are......but 9 times out 10...I can tell how much experience/interaction with REAL black people a director has by watching a few of his scenes. Note to the industry.....Black girls aren't just darker versions of white girls.

  some awkwardness in discussing issues,terms that are not familiar to you is expected sometimes. lot of racists out there too, but sometimes person just genuinely doesn't know for whatever reason. I felt this directly when I was hanging out with my cousin and his girl and her friends. They(friends) were from India and I think I unintentionally put my foot in my mouth more than once. Just ignorance on my part. I didn't say any Archie Bunker crap but they could tell that I hadn't been around many Desis before. If it's not blatant, you give them pass and correct them.

  good topic take off olivia o lovely and ice la fox...... they are latinas and there are a fair amount of fair skinned Black women who resemble them. They could easily be viewed as "Black" Sarah Jay for sure....Ryan Conner for sure....because of how they are built....crowds see some white chicks in these clubs sometimes but they have to be thick and not just some novelty act. The other chicks would have to have good dancing skills to get the attention of the men in the crowd.

  I hear the point the original poster is making.......but lot of porn caters to lowest common denominator..broadest widest sexual and social stereotypes..and nobody ever went broke by underestimating the intelligence of the mass audience. On some real shit...outside of porn a lot of jim crow era imagery is still used in advertising in parts of Asia. Once a country is colonized.....they adapt lot of the beliefs and ideas of the imperial power....and after WW2....Japan was rebuilt by Americans and lot of 1945 era racism and racist imagery towards Blacks permeated japanese culture.

  how does AVN come up with the "ethnic" nominations.....? It's like a "rap" Grammy..... what,who,when, where are these decisions being made..... I didn't rent or buy 85% of the film nominated in the latin or black category.... people who come up with these awards..are driving away lot of Black fans(and money)..by consistently throwing garbage in these categories.......

  there's a blaxploitation film from 1975 called "T.N.T. Jackson" that had a very entertaining scene of naked/topless woman using martial arts against the bad guys.
