I was charged 17 on an order of $133 from vmc-videos. Regarding moviesbymail, I ordered from them 4 times in December, including 2 orders >$100, without any problems. I think they put a value of $20 on the label, avoiding any VAT/import duty. Of course, if the package is opened I would have been charged anyway. Was I lucky, or you unlucky?

Well, I eventually got the discs shortly after, and can safely say that it was not worth the long wait. Each dvd comprises 2 slideshows and 3 videos of less than 10 minutes each. The videos have a distinctly homemade feel. I found this site through eurobabeindex and was therefore expecting something of better quality, still softcore but better. I also don't know if I would have even received the discs if I didn't keep emailing them.

Ordered from them over 2 and half months ago. They still haven't sent my order and refuse to refund my money. When I email, I keep getting feeble excuses blaming the Post Offices, or telling me to wait even longer because they've just sent my order again. According to them they've sent my order 4 times and each time got lost!
