    ^ You make good points. Adapting is what we'll need to do in the short term, but long term is questionable. Life doesn't exist in the greenhouse atmosphere of planet Venus where the temps rise to 900 F day and night. It will take a while to get there, but it seems to be the path we're on.

    ^ By the time people wake up, it will be too late. This planet is like a huge ocean liner heading for an iceberg. It takes 50 years to turn this ship and the iceberg is 50 years ahead. At the same time it is fascinating to see this unfold, like an experiment. We're already pushing the planet to extremes trying to feed a never ending growing world population.     Climate change only proves we elect leaders stupider than the voters! They don't lead, they take bribes and sell even their own best interests out. Maybe they don't worry about it since they'll be dead in 80 years and the profits being short term are now. This is a worldwide problem though, so it's leaders worldwide. Maybe we'll find a way to control the weather and avert this looming crises.

    ^ I agree, Chanel is smart. Maybe she's helping to break the mold, being different and trying to help people see that there's more to a porn star than a pretty face and sexy body (or neck!).
