  Flash you will be very surprised by the audio/video quality of The Grafenberg Spot, it is by far the best looking porn film transfer to dvd of any movie from the classic era that I have seen. It looks much better than any of the other Mitchell Brothers dvd's.

  I have been meaning to pick up White Bun Busters, I loved New Wave Hookers, and after reading the words to the theme song for White Bun Busters, this movie has moved to a must buy for me!

  Corey the dvd of Behind The Green Door The Sequel is not nearly worth $40, the audio and video quality are not that good, and it is made like the early VCX and Caballero dvd's with multiple chapters and you have a big pause while it switches to the next chapter. The movie though is excellent and I wish there were a better dvd release. I picked up my copy for $11, so you can find good prices at the online stores if you look for it.

  I thought Candida Royalle was good in Delicious, and Desiree Cousteau also appeared in that movie as well. Candida was so funny she played this woman who didn't like sex, and she'd tell her husband "if you have to do something, you can fondle my breast if you like". It made me laugh at least :)

  I see that VCX has remastered and reissued the movies Devil In Miss Jones and Debbie Does Dallas in new dvd versions, and I just wanted to see if anyone has actually seen these yet and can comment on the dvd quality, and whether or not it is worth buying these new versions if you have the old VCX versions they released a few years back? Oh and what footage was actually missing from the original dvd releases as the new ones say they are fully uncut, implying that the older releases weren't?

  I picked up the dvd of Behind The Green Door - The Sequel and I thought it was a very good movie, the only problem seemed to be that the audio was dubbed in later, so it had the feel of a foreign movie kind of. I'm a big fan of the Mitchell Brothers films I've seen so far. I liked how Behind The Green Door - The Sequel had a wide variety of people, some were good looking some were not, some skinny, some large, you kind of got a cross section of society which I find interesting. The film clearly had a high budget, and I found the idea of the movie trying to promote and teach safe sex to be a good thing.   Thanks Gun, that sounds like it is the same length as the Excalibur Films version, I will have to end up picking this up now as I read the quality is supposed to be much better than any other versions. The only thing I was concerned about was that it might be missing a lot of footage.

  Just wondering who are some of your favorite lesser known actresses in porn from say the first xxx feature films in the late 60's up to the mid 1980's. A lot of the women from this time period seem sadly to not be remembered all that well today(due in large part to their movies not being available on dvd yet). Shawn Harris, the lead actress in "Sometime Sweet Susan", made an impression on me, even though that is the only movie I've ever seen her in, I thought she had great acting ability and brought realism to her part as the mental patient. That movie was one of the few that gave me shivers at the end, even though I knew what was coming kind of. I can't believe that whoever owns the rights to this movie hasn't put it out on dvd y...

  Nick, I've not seen Night of Submission, but I have seen Dominatrix Without Mercy and it was certainly a very low budget porn movie. It's not the best example of quality 70's porn, but that being said, if you are into more offbeat stuff, it is entertaining. I thought it stayed interesting the entire running time, which is a good sign. If you're a fan of the top NYC porn actors of the mid 1970's you'll find a lot of them in this movie, Jamie Gillis, C.J. Laing, Vanessa Del Rio, Marc Stevens, Roger Caine, Fred Lincoln, Marlene Willoughby. Hard to say if this movie would appeal to a large audience, because it doesn't have a very strong plotline, essentially it's a day in the workings of a House of Domination, that's it as far as story.   I picked up the Adam & Eve dvd with Delicious and All American Girls 2: In Heat, and I thought they were both very good movies. All American Girls 2, didn't have a whole lot of story, but for some reason it felt like it did, really just young women telling their sexual experiences. I love that scene with the police chase, and the guy who is supposed to be Burt Reynolds from Smokey & The Bandit. Oh and does anyone else agree that Laurie Smith was one of the most beautiful women in porn ever? Has Adam & Eve only put out 3 dvd's in their retro series?

  There will only be one John Holmes I think. There have been some other guys with dicks as big as his Dick Rambone, Tony Perez, etc. but they didn't have the success in the business that John Holmes did. I too don't think that size is the most important attribute. I think the most important thing is that they be able to act (I like features) and they need decent looks. I thought John Leslie and Jamie Gillis did much better work than John Holmes, though I know many will disagree on that.

  Thank's for the link to that article Flash, I wasn't aware that TVX was a separate company from VCX, I thought they were like a sublabel of VCX or something. I checked out some of their releases, they have quite a few that look interesting.

  Thanks jacco, actually I think I saw the 90 minute runtime listed on a website offering this dvd, they had the runtime listed, it wasn't on the boxcover I don't think. Sounds like the new dvd might be missing something though just from the runtime but like you said the runtime can be altered if it was from a PAL source or something like that. Doesn't sound like one I need to upgrade to this release, as the Excalibur Films dvd is of basic vhs quality.

  I have the original VCA dvd release of Deep Throat that came out several years ago. I have noticed that there is a release from Arrow, which apparently has some footage missing from the original VCA dvd. I have also noticed that there is a new dvd of Deep Throat from VCA which was released in April of 2005, which is remastered and says it also contains missing footage. Has anyone seen this new dvd from VCA? I am looking to get one of the 2 newer dvd's, but am unsure of which one to go with, I am guessing that the new VCA dvd probably is of better quality just judging by the Arrow dvd's I've seen, but I have no way of knowing. The main thing of course would be knowing whether or not the new VCA dvd is missing any footage that the Arrow dvd h...

  I see that TVX/VCX has put out a new dvd of The Story of Joanna, and I was wondering if anyone has picked it up and if you have what is the quality of this dvd like? I have the Excalibur Films dvd release of this movie, and it's not too bad in picture quality, but I have read that that release might be edited, although I can't spot any obvious edits in it. The Excalibur Films dvd runs about 83 minutes, the boxcover on the TVX release says it's 90 minutes, but I learned long ago not to put much trust in the runtime printed on boxcovers. Just wondering if anyone can give us some info. on this new release of this classic. Thanks,

  I don't know how rare double penetration scenes were back in 85, but I don't think they were that rare because I've seen quite a few movies from the 70's that had them, including The Devil In Miss Jones from way back in 1972. This sex act wasn't shown in every movie the way they seem to be now though. I've never seen this movie, but it sounds like it might be interesting as I've never seen a movie with Little Oral Annie.
