  It was on cable scrambled channels back in the day and there was a short period of time that the channels were just unexplainable unscrambled. Sometime between 1998-2002 for sure. I remember only a few things from it. Centered around a blonde with chest-length straight hair wearing typical scifi slutty silver suit.
