  I placed an order on 09/18 and I haven't got my DVDs yet. I received a tracking number from them. The tracking results show that it was delivered on 09/22 in FL. The actual shipping address is in OH. I sent an email 3 days back and no response so far. I called the customer service and left my name and number. No response again. It's sad that I have to come to this forum to discuss and get my problem noticed by DVDADVANTAGE. I don't know why people keep praising DVDAdvantage... they screwed up my orders 4 out of 5 times. The DVDs are cheap but it's a pain to deal with DVDAdvantage.

  Does anyone know a good site to find asian DVDs at cheap price? I don't want to see Vivid stuff... and Asia and Kobe tai etc. don't represent the beauty of asian girls (IMHO :) no flame messages plz)

  Another issue is: DVDAdvantage doesn't give the money back for cancelled items unless I send email and follow it up atleast 3 times.. It happened with my first order and I got my refund after 2 months abd after sending 3 email messages. Now it's already a week and there is no word about refund. The invoice I received along with the order is signed and the out of stock item is marked by a humanbeing. Why can't they just do the refund before shipping?

  I ordered some DVDs last week from DVDAdvantage. Since there is a flat shipping rate, I added some cheapies to my order. Well, only the unwanted DVDs arrived. This is not the first time it happened to me. Check out one of the DVDs I ordered: Balls Deep in Jasmine St. Claire's Asshole (URL: http://www.dvdadvantage.com/ProdDetail.asp?SKU=eur0470& ) It is still in stock according to the website (at 5:20 pm EST, 8/1/2001). But it didn't arrive with my order. I also got a blank email message the following day (after I placed an order) from DVDadvantage. I don't know the significance of the blank email. Shouldn't they let us decide about our orders? Shouldn't they ship the out of stock DVDs once they are available at no extra cost to the custo...
