  They had to keep an extra pint of blood in him so that, if he got aroused, the extra flow of blood to his dick wouldn't deplete the rest of his body and cause him to pass out...which kinda makes one wonder how he managed to stay awake before this...I guess this is why he was always dozing.....   I just found out that the ECVS was moved to Baltimore in 2004 (its last show?) - was there one in 2003?   That is true - Den did give small commissions to the girls he shot. He also shot a tremendous number of &quot;custom&quot; video scenes for some of his customers.
