  Of course writing to the company is the right way, but when we don't get a satisfactroy answer from them or our messages are ignored, we sometimes post a message here to give the company an alert and a chance to contact us before we go to the forum with a bad story about their customer service.   I have ordered many times from them, and all went smooth But this year some orders were lost and I have not received an answer from them. They may be very busy with orders but I they have been ignoring my messages.
