You felt like they liked each other? I felt like they wanted to like each other, but couldn't - inspite of the drugs and rock n roll and escalating kinkiness - ever quite connect with one another. Oh my. I just saw this for the first time, and I'm stunned. This is what I've been looking for. My first thought was it could have used a little more 'story' behind this couple, but the depiction of their affair during that stage when you just can't get enough of each other was amazing.
