  Are you in the UK? If so, then they do not need a customs declaration label, since they (erodvd) and you are both in the EU. If not, then the label probaly declared the package as containing a DVD, which it didn't.

  I ordered 4 DVD's from Erodvd.nl on Saturday and they turned up today. Unpackaged as I requested (in seperate CD jewel cases) and with a free pen! Highly recommended.

  I've recently had a package opend by customs, containing 4 hardcore Color Climax mags. No problems, only delayed by a couple of days. Not that the mags contained anything illegal, but then again, what is deemed illegal for magazines? (Child porn obviously, but is fisting, pissing, etc allowed in mags. in the UK??)

  I ordered two DVD's last Sunday (8th) and they turned up here in the UK today (14th). Excellent service and very cheap prices. Both DVD's were sent in thier original packaging, and got through customs without being opened. I have now placed an order for 4 DVDs and asked that the packaging is removed. I will report back.
