Most of those locations are pathetic because they have been used for so many cheasy pornos that it is actually distracting. The viewer should not be thinking "hey, I recognize that house from other videos" instead of thinking about the sex. That big house on Kanan Road is so cheap to rent because it has been overshot for a very very long time. A house of that size should cost well over $1k for 8 hrs but I think they only charge like $600 or $700. Plus that place is a huge fucking echo chamber due to the concrete floors.
