  I've recently discovered the charms of Gauge. I'd like to buy one or two of her DVDs, but first I need to know which titles she appears the most in (i.e., number of sex scenes), as well as the titles in which she looks the hottest.   Yes, the reason I asked is that I have a 65" widescreen set, and full-frame presentations leave unsightly gray bars on the left and right sides of the screen, which over time will cause burn-in. So a DVD that takes advantage of the full screen is both more fun to watch and better for the TV. The majority of DVDs are in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio (16x9), with maybe a quarter at the 2.35:1 ratio (scope). The scope ratio leaves small black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. By the way, I think there's some confusion about the "Silence of the Lambs" disc. It's aspect ratio has always been 1.85:1. Mr. Crawford, I think I have seen some 16x9 menus. Either that or the DVD producer strikes a balance between full-frame and 16x9 ...

  Having fairly recently purchased Andrew Blake's "Blond and Brunettes," which is striking in anamorphic widescreen and 5.1 sound (even though it's softcore), I'm clamoring for more widescreen smut. Does anybody have information about upcoming porn DVDs in this format--particularly high-quality porn from established directors?

  Hey all! I just bought the new Andrew Blake DVD "Blond and Brunettes," and I was disappointed to find that it's a softcore film! I have such terrific memories of "Night Trips" and "Hidden Obsessions." Anyone know whether he's still producing hardcore? The DVD is a particular letdown because it looks and sounds better than ANY porn DVD I've ever purchased. On that note, what are some of the best-looking porn DVDs available today? I hope anamorphic widescreen catches on, as well as 5.1 digital sound.

  I'm a fan of porn titles such as "Night Trips" and "Chameleons." My wife and I enjoy these kinds of adult films, which are visually accomplished and focus on pleasurable rather than too-nasty sex--in other words, making love rather than fucking. I've seen most of Andrew Blake's films, but can you recommend others in this vein? I also like to avoid DP, too much anal, and condoms. Is this too much to ask?
