  Thanks for your answer ORGAZMIK and Jacco ;o) ! Well, I finally got my package this tuesday ! I don't know if it's the courrier at TNT that aren't reliable or if erodvd made a mistake and they tried to cover it up ? I guess that I'll be able to better judge erodvd after completion of a second order.

  Hi everyone, I live in Belgium. I have been surfing on this website for a while but never registered to post in the forum until today. I am having the weirdest problem with erodvd. I have ordered from them for the first time a little over 2 weeks ago. I didn't get anything and decided to write to the customer service. Aline is very kind and quick to answer mails. She told me that my package had been shipped but that it was returned to them. After a check, the address on the package was correct. I have been ordering on various websites for over 7 years now and never had such a problem. I don't understand. Why would the post return a package with the correct address on it ? Are they lying at erodvd ? Did it ever happen to anyone else ?...
