  This is silly, Bargain Adult DVD has credited [removed customer's real name] account. This was done over a week ago. The account that we have on record has been closed by Laurent for some reason. The credit shows in the system and reflects in our accounting records. What Mr. Czerniewicz regrets to state is that his phone number that he left in the system in not valid so we cannot communicate with him properly. We have asked over and over again to try and find out about his account and why it is closed and he does not answer the questions? We are at a loss here and we have done everything in our power to address this situation. He has not called us once to try and rectify this problem and we cannot reach him due to he left a number in our s...

  Interesting point, it's in the works as we speak, but we have not set a release date at this point. I'll keep ADT posted as to when we finally release. Cruise

  Here is what we have completed over the past few weeks: We have added on the main search pages product status and direct product page (when you have clicked on the item) it states: In stock ships immediately In stock ships 2-3 days (business days) Out of stock 2-3 weeks This should help customers identify with product needs and this went up on our site the first week in March. We also finalized our confirmation with Discovercard as this was not fully confirmed but now we will be supporting our Discover Card Customers as well, and this should be active in the next day or two. To check on backorder items customers can also go straight to the site and cross reference the pieces that they purchased with the status of the item on the site, ...

  Hey Everyone, Thank you for the input, it really helps us adjust and improve the service to our customers, both existing and potential. We have made a number of improvements to better serve the customers, including dealing with the account sign up problem. We also enlisted a separate help page as well based upon our feed back. Since we are new all of this information helps us and I just wanted to say thanks!
