It's definitely the same girl. Same nose, smile, hairline, nipples, voice, and if that's not enough proof, look at the prominent mole on her left shoulder. The only difference is the hair and tan which is understandable considering her Breakin' Em in 8 scene was likely filmed 9-12 months earlier.
