    I have the Collector's Edition, but for some reason that bonus footage is not included on the DVD that I have. There's a scene in the bonus footage where Casey supposedly rides a mechanical bull. The strange thing is that a snapshot of this scene is on the cover of the DVD, but the footage isn't actually included. I've gone through the DVD piece by piece and have even looked at it with special software that helps find "easter eggs" but I do not have the bonus content on the DVD I have and it is the collector's edition.
