  just want to share in my happiness today with everyone and say with all my hard work and not cheating on my diet i went from 132lbs to 124lbs! my waist was 29 its now 27, my hips were 40 now are 37. i am very proud of myself..the first week of dieting and working out every day was tough but i love it now! im hoping to get down to 115lbs (maybe more with some added muscle) by the end of the month... xo christie lee

  awww, thanks. its the kind words that you guys say that lift me up when im feeling down and keep me motivated! xo christie lee ps, i lost roughly 6lbs so far. im starting to work out 2 times a day.40mins of cardio in the morning and 40 mins of wieghts in the evening. not only can i tell a difference with my body but people around me are saying im slimming down nicely.
