  I might have to try some sort of hanging weight method and see what I can do without hurting myself. Just cant afford the manufactured equipment for a while. I have to many projects going on but have plenty of weights laying around. Might as well try it and see.

  I would much prefer to have a Ferrari and drive it till the wheels fall off. Dont care about scratches they just give they car more character. But yes nobody get banned please.   I would add more but I am waiting to buy the extender device and then start all the questions? Oh yah does the tension just get increased by turning the "rods," or whatever they are called.
