Something else to consider, is that there are ongoing cases in the United States where a person produces content in one location where the content is legal, then the content ends up in another part of the United States, where it is not considered legal, and the police in that jurisdiction then prosecute the person under the laws of the place where the content isn't legal under their community standards. Polk County, Florida sheriff Grady Judd has a notorious habit of doing this.

There is a very good reason they don't do this. If someone is HIV+ it doesn't mean they they can safely have unprotected sex with another person who is HIV+. HIV has several different strains with different lethality and potency. Someone with a compromised immune system could catch a second strain of the HIV virus and due to their situation, they could be dead in a matter of weeks.
