  Boob jobs can do wonders for a woman's figure when she keeps her clothes and bra on. But of course in porn almost always everything comes off. Naked, augmented boobs just don't look or move like real ones, and for me this is quite a turnoff. I am a complete sucker for a nice pair of boobs, but seeing implants where I expect breasts to be just doesn't work for me. Riley Steele is one example where her earliest scenes with Digital Playground, pre boob job, are my favourite, for precisely this reason.

  There is a similar issue with pain medication in sport. How many times to you hear of a sportsman taking a steroidal injection to keep playing e.g. that cricket match, then retiring a year or two later due to the severity of their injuries, and facing the rest of their life with knackered joints? This problem (pushing men or women too hard, giving too great an incentive, etc.), is one of wider society in general. It will not be solved unless it is solved at the society level. People pushing themselves harder in business, competing harder, demanding more of employees, for less pay, etc., is rife in society.
