I have emailed them a few times asking for details of when it is likely to be in stock, but so ar I haven't received a reply. Does anyone know what they are like on fulfilling their back orders? Should I choose another film that is in stock? I had ordered 2 DVDs with them, one was shipped nearly straight away, but they charged me full shipping costs for the 2 DVDs, is this normal practice?
