  ^^^^^^ My god! I was a hockey goalie all my life, how the hell is that a fetish?? It may sound stupid, but after a good rapping in the nuts, jump up and down (about an inch or so off the ground) for about 15 seconds and it eases the pain a lot.

  First post here so be gentle. I Own a corp. (not in Cal.) employees get w2's, sub contractors (ic) get 1099. My workman's comp covers employees only, not subs, sub are required to carry their own insurance. I pay over $1000.00 a year for comp, I have no employees and it doesn't cover me. As a corp. it is required to carry this useless (for me) coverage, but that's what is required. As far as telling a sub when, where, and how does not make them an employee, they're still a 1099 sub. I won't start on the poster who brought up health benefits vs hours, they are BENEFITS!! a benefit for a job well done not a requirement. Actor are sub contractors and should carry their own coverage like everybody else in any industry. p.s. I like the porn girl...
