  What I meant is the govt. is going about this as they would with say a construction company. Are you telling 50 years employers were just so happy to intact safety laws? I don't think so. I'am not agreeing with OSHA but I think their thinking is to stop the total spread of disease, not just catch most of it.

  This is a question that will likely get me sacked by the "producers" of porn, but here I go: What is so wrong with protecting the talent? Is it the method the govt. is going about or does the porn companies resist any kind of legislation into their business?
