  Well I found the answer to my question on this thread that I asked way back at the end of 2003. It was NICK MANNING - not Phil Balance. There is a guy called Phil Balance in that movie, but the good-looking muscular model guy with the nice ass in the scene with Gauge is Nick Manning. I have done some research on him on the net and it seems he had a career as a model and went to college before becoming a porn star.
