  I seem to remember Keri Sable being pretty green at the start of her career, but she turned out alright! I, too, am really hoping Alexis will build up a good body of gonzo work rather than get scared off or go 'contract'. She's already gone from boy/girl to boy/boy/girl, which is promising...
