i recently purchased the samsung dual HD-DVD/Blu-ray player just before the recent announcements seeming to indicate the "victory" of blu-ray. the video quality of HD porn is amazing, although there is a need for more titles, and the player can't yet play the most recent Digital Playground HD-DVDs, although firmware updates are supposed to take care of such issues. i expect at least some releases on Blu-ray, as there will be a great number of players out there, the higher priced titles will make up for the higher production costs. with so much porn shot in HD but wasted on regular DVD, it won't be that hard to put out the best titles, and Digital Playground at least is starting to crank out Blu-rays. i don't disagree with the abov...

I've had pretty good experiences with them, perhaps a tiny bit slow, but their amazing collection (particularly of asian porn) and good prices more than make up for it. Their only quirk is that if you order multiple titles, and some are in stock or within a day or two, and others are back-ordered, they will mail you all that are ready and cancel the rest of the order, so you have to re-order those titles. The shipping has been through USPS to my door without problems.

I had a similar experience at about that time, and e-mailed back about 2 weeks later. but they did answer my e-mail, saying that the order must have been "lost in the mail" or something like that, and then promised to re-send the entire order. I was a bit skeptical (and hadn't seen your post), but the order did arrive earlier last week as promised, a month after my order but complete. If you haven't heard back from them and ordered by credit card, you should be able to cancel the order. perhaps their name was a tip-off ...
