- Girls who can't act -- in a good way 5/6/2006 12:09:22 AM I, for one, would like to see a complete end to the practise of acting in porn - it cheats the consumer of the most precious aspect of the whole experience. Do not be confused by the fantasy aspect, for while it may be a fantasy for the viewer, many of us base that fantasy on the reality of what is presented on our screen; the knowledge that it is a real person there who subjected herself to that ordeal, and for such relatively paltry financial reward. We should not be robbed of the chance to study the nuances of the subject's displeasure; every little grimace and cry contributes to the gratifying experience of violation-by-proxy. We must demand truth and honesty in porn.
