  Hey Guys, There was a slight issue with our $6 Off an order of $40 or more coupon. The problem has been fixed and the coupon is now working (I tested it myself). Go ahead and apply the coupon to your order with $40 or more of qualifying adult items and it should work for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! One of the most common comments we recieved about the new website design via our suggestions section and e-mails to our customer service department was that the &quot;More Studios&quot; link was missing from our DVD page. I just want to let all of you know that the link is back so that you can now browse for tites from your favorite studio of the 600+ that we carry!

We aren't giving away any specific item with this promotion (that is why it didn't take you to a specific page).   Kambei I'm sorry if you didn't get your free comp with your adult order. Just give our customer service department a call at 1-888-383-1880 and they'll assist you. They're probably going to ask you for your order number (just so they can let me know what the problem was so I can see how to fix it so it doesn't happen again). You might want to have it handy. It will be on the top of your invoice (probably starts with a 2). If you don't have it, no worries, they'll be able to look it up by your e-mail. I've told them to alert me if they get any customers calling with this problem.

  That is right Steph. The reason it goes to the bestsellers list when you click on the banner is that it makes it easier to start shopping for popular titles. The discs will be added to every order (up to 3 orders per account) for the month of July. Unfortunately they will not show up in your cart upon checkout. There are a few titles that we are giving away and one will be added at random to your order upon checkout. I hope this clears up any confusion. I will continue to check back if you have any issues with this promotion. Our customer service department is also top notch and can answer any questions that you may have about the promo.
