I think that kind of goes without saying for many of us, but is this really the place? There are pickup artist websites that might help you with that, but confidence is really hard to build if you don't already have it. I personally am in therapy trying to solve this, to little success so far, and my first girlfriend was a ten (mentioning this to also point out that it's transitory and ever changing).
