  Re my above post with fivestar DVD, they contacted me after I emailed them (and also contacted me after reading my above post) and offered to replace the missing DVD, which arrived today. So, a public thankyou to them for their service. I'll definatly order from them again.

  I've used, in the past, www.divadee.com, with success, and one other crowd that I can't remember. It seems divadee are no longer going, which is a shame, they were cheap and prompt and had a good range, and I had no customs problems. I've ordered one DVD since from a US vendor*, and the DVD has not arrived (some 6 months after the order), so I've given up on it, and I use www.ozdvd.com, who are prompt and cheap, but they don't restock as much as I'd like, and it's hard to get evil empire DVD's, as they sell out so fast! * - five star DVD, I ordered a copy of "When Rocco Meats Kelly II", on Feb 9th. It still hasn't arrived. I gave up and ordered the same DVD from OzDVD and it arrived the next day.
