I signed up using a gift card, went to download, and am told I need to pay an extra $15 for 4k (but can't download anything). Okay, not happy, but I'll pay. But the link doesn't work - brings me to a site that says download.com transaction failed - contact your bank. The customer support takes you directly to billing support, who won't be able to help with the website. What a load of bollocks. When did porn sites become like this?
