  I know this is the domestic shopping forum but if you were an international customer, <link> offers those customers the option of no boxes in order to reduce the weight and size of the packaging, thus reducing the shipping costs.   More Kudos for Tiana from me. Not only was she awesome in front of the camera but I deal with her on the business side of our business. She is one of the best sales people to deal with. Highly motivated and organized and on top of things all the time. The conversations I have with her are always upbeat and productive.   From what I have heard from the adult studios is that they will let the HD-DVD discs they have already printed sell out and they will not press replacements in that format. So the HD-DVDs that are on the market already will still be sold but moving forward those studios doing hi-def porn will be doing it with Blu-ray.

  Hopefully I might be able to shed some light on this issue. We get asked this quite a bit but hopefully I can explain it. Plain and simple, this is a Post Office thing. I know, I know, you have heard that before and it is easy to blame things on the big, government service known as the USPS. It sucks to come in here and point the finger elsewhere but based on the previous posts and the inconsistent delivery times this seems to be the logical answer. Once DVDs leave our shipping facility and get dropped off at the Post Office, we have no control from that point forward. We mail out boxes upon boxes of DVDs on a daily basis.
