I want to say from own experience, UK customs is not friendly to indecent or obscene DVD's which contain pissing, fisting, extrem sex, scat, animal and have no attention to the typical sex. If your order was seized by custom, you will receive a notice from them and can contest it in court (i think nobody do it). If you is not receive order and this notice from custom, it mean follow: Your DVD's was not shipped or was lost in delivery (maybe stolen by post or custom worker). I want to say also that UK customs check all big parcel and confiscate indecent or obscene goods, alcohol, tobacco, medicaments, narcotics, but almost do not check small letters...

This is standard question of any web shop, who use oscommerce interface, but we can ask it at reason that we can sell DVD's only to person who 18 yo or older. For local market (Czech Republic) we do not ask customers to pay by credit card, but ship orders on cash on delivery and this verification need for this reason too. Of course we do not use any information, which you leave in our shop somewhere else and you can remove your account when you will want it.

We do no carry US studios, at price reason. We can't offer same price as customers can find in US shops. There is no reason to take this movies in stock. But we have good selection of euro releases and specialize on it. 4500 movies right now in stock, every day we add is about 10-15 new movies and make restock at all hot selling products. Hardware wrote: Mmm, perhaps I should have said 'as deep' instead of 'as wide.' BEP does carry titles from a lot of companies, but relatively few films from some; at least the last time I looked.

Lot's of european studios now release movies on DVD-R. We also have same troubles with customers, who ask us about original fabrically printed versions, but it's not exist. Typically it's happens with backprogramm movies. Studios print some quantity of DVD's at fabric and when they sell it, they begin to use DVD-R media. Difficult to change something here, it's politics of manufacturers. They offer DVD-R printed version at the same price as typical DVD's.

Never seen copies of DVD's from MFX and GGG from manufacturets. Lot's of small studies offer their releases on DVD-R disks, back and new, but not from this two labels. Know what lot's of back programm GGG DVD's no more available, some items completely sold by distributors and not more printed. From MFX we every time receive original printed DVD's.

I talked with sales manager of FM Video, here in Prague, at last autumn. She say what they still do not have credit card processing at their shop, there is some troubles for italian adult companies to have own merchant accounts in Italia. But anyway they develop new website (with web shop) and will take credit cards soon...

Nunsploitation, i know about this problem. But there is really problem with unlimited stock, 99,9% movies which you see at our site, we have in stock and ship it immediately. Customers like it, they get their DVD's fast. To show missing of stock positions in shop is difficult to me. European studios and distibutors work very bad. I can wait new DVD's in stock up to 4 weeks after ordering. Also very often instead of ordered positions i receive wrong DVD's, which i did not order. If customers will buy missing of stock DVD's and wait up to 4 weeks, they never return back to me... I will increase quantity of nuns DVD's in stock, which you promote on your sites, hope that you will have page with "product not found". less in future. ...

I think that here is big mistake of CD Universe. If they sell at the same price inside and outside USA, they must ship DVD outside of USA with described cost of content 0$. If they describe cost of content at the maximum, they must sell without US VAT for foreign customers... Now, at the current situation foreign customers pay VAT twice...

Never has troubles with UK custom. Not sure what they check all entering mail from EU countries for porn inside. Also have no feedback from my UK customers about confiscation of DVD's by custom workers. Think what it's can happen with orders going from USA or Switzerland, but not from EU countries. Anyway we always think what similar troubles can be and pack very descreet and carefully. No boxes orders looks like as typical letter. If customer order with boxes, we split this order on 2 different parcels. In one parcel DVD's and in second parcel empty plastic boxes. Also orders with 10 or more DVD's we split on few parcels for secure reason.
