  I've finally received my replacement DVD. Thankfully, it's working. It took over two weeks from the time I sent them my defective disc to receive a new one.

  I prefer feet bare instead of high-heeled platform shoes. Thick soled shoes with high heels are distracting to me-something the bride of Frankenstein would wear. If you're going to have shoes just use normal styled heels. A big turn off with bare feet are bad nails and dirty soles.

  A few weeks ago, I ordered a few titles from Action-DVD.com. One of the discs was defective. I tried setting up an exchange via the procedure described on their website. I sent several emails with no response. I was finally able to get someone on the phone and was provided with a UPS shipping label to send the item back. Problem solved right? Wrong. According to UPS, the package was received on January 26th. Granted it might take a couple of days to send me out a replacement, but I haven't heard anything from them. My emails are unanswered and my phone calls during normal business hours are received by voicemail. I've ordered items from other websites that have needed to be exchanged. This is the first time I have had such sub-par service....

  I agree! IMO, Private sets the standard for compilations of a particular actress.
