In my opinion breast implants never look as good as natural breasts, no matter how small the natural breasts were. Meggan was a newcomer with stunning looks and perfect natural breasts. Now, even though the implants were done well, you can still see that they're implants - they look unnatural. Also, once you get implants, there's really no going back.
