- Are new adult dvds shrink wrapped? 2/27/2004 7:18 PM I am a reseller and I can tell you that new DVD's do in fact come shrinkwrapped (at least from the distributors that I use). In addition, although I do not ship internationally, it's true as other members have noted that you do not get a boxcover for customs reasons (the smaller and lighter the package, the easier to slip by customs unnoticed).
- Burned on eBay! Copies & bootleg DVDs. 2/5/2004 5:19 AM As a relatively new seller on eBay myself, I can tell you from my perspective that not everyone is a scammer. Most of the larger and legit sellers on eBay will tell you that the DVDs they are selling are shrinkwrapped in their "original packaging" and come straight from the manufacturer or distributor. If you don't see anything like that in their auction listings, I certainly wouldn't buy from them.
