  I've seen this, and it's pretty good. Two full Ginger scenes - one with Steve Drake, and one with Angel - an interview, and some interesting BTS footage.   You don't actually want somebody's intellectual rights - an idea, design, or concept. You want the direct result of somebody's work without paying for it. I'm not sure what you are getting at. Movies clearly fall under the umbrella of intellectal property. The actual DVD disc is physical property, but the movie on that disc is intellectual property. There is no question of intellectual property vs. fair use laws. You quite explicitly rented a movie. Rent - not bought, temporarily gained the rights to view. The law has no issue with this.   An argument is only a rationalization if it's wrong. The purpose of this thread wasn't to assuage a guilty conscience, but to strike up a respectful conversation about a controversial subject. There are many intelligent and thoughtful people who don't think that intellectual property is such a black and white issue.   Do you guys think it's stealing to rent a DVD and rip (copy) a scene from the DVD to your computer's hard drive? Let's assume you don't then share this file with others on the internet. I know that it's technically illegal, but do you think it should be? What's the point in making a law that's impossible to enforce? How is it any different from DVRing a movie from your cable or satellite, or even recording a song from the radio with a tape recorder?

  I've often wondered if having a strict religious upbringing ironically increases the likelihood that a person becomes a pervert. As a boy, I was told that masturbation and sex before marriage is wrong. Nonetheless, I still masturbated and had sex as a teen, but when I did, I always felt guilty about it.   I think it's naive to think that porn has no affect on people. I know that for me personally, I'm turned on by things that would have creeped me out 10 years ago. Then again, I'm also still turned on by the softer stuff too. But I don't think that the kind of porn a person jerks off to is merely a reflection of his sexual desires. I think it can also influence his sexual desires. It doesn't seem so far-fetched to me that a person who watches Max Hardcore videos might develop a taste for the young girl fantasy.
