  I know worrying won't help but I can't keep from worrying about it. I consider myself pretty healthy. I would definitely say I am in good shape. I'm not too tired. I WANT to have sex with her. It' s a mental thing I think but I don't know how to solve it or what to do about it.

  Hello. I'm having a kind of embarassing problem. I'm a young guy, and about 5 months ago I lost my virginity to this girl. Since then we've been having regular sex and it has been great. However, over the past month, I'm not being able to get it up like I used to. Before, we would start making out etc, boom, I'd be ready to go and we'd start having sex. Now, I need a little oral or hand manipulation to get me erect before we start having sex. Is this normal? Do other guys experience this? I start to get nervous now, worrying each time that I'm not going to be able to get it going. Is it normal for guys to need that kind of stimulation to get hard before sex?
