(not Platinum X Pictures) is a east coast pro-am ethnic company you may wish to check out. <link> But I agree with your basic premise, more east coast porn would be a good thing. It's not just the background surroundings there is a different feel to east coast porn, especially in the ethnic market. The energy, the feel and the realism of the sex is evident.

Does anybody know if the new elements of this regulation are retro-active. In other words, if you have I.D. documentation from older movie titles or web images that don't meet the new I.D. standard are you subject to prosecution? If no what is (was) the effective date? and if yes, is pulling all old titles in question a reasonable response if you are in doubt?

This maybe a case of the blind leading the blind but I completely understand. I run an east coast pro-am company called Platinum Pictures Inc. ( We started in 2000 before Platinum X Pictures, in case you wondered why we would pick a name so close to such a big company) . We got great reviews , won two editors choices for the ethnic market we serve (Black Video Illustrated) and fans loved our stuff. Even when customers would ask stores for our stuff they refused to stock it or could get distributors to pick us up. After a major fan assault on the stores and distributor they gave in a pick up a few pieces just to passive the stores that already knew about us. They did not help expose us to a larger market. When on the internet you are entering a virtual community, the internet community did not go to you. Even if you define the internet as a means of transportation into your community.
