- Why no Asian American males? 8/20/2002 4:31 PM This question is for porn fans as well as those in the biz. Asian American men are slowly making it into the mainstream film industry...but there is not a single Asian actor in porn (heterosexual). Is this a coincidence? Are they being actively excluded? Do folks not want to buy or produce porn with Asian men because it reduces the "fantasy" aspect, assuming that most male porn buyers in the U.S are non-Asian? Or are there other more insidious reasons that this situation exists?
