I saw it when I was 12, so perhaps my memory was a little off of the particulars that were in my head but the main plot points and the look of the guy fit. Upon viewing it from what I remembered, I do believe this is definitely it. Thank you so much. This has been driving me nuts for decades.

  I’m trying to figure out what movie this is that I saw as a kid in the late 80s.it was on a taped vhs mg dad had that he eventually taped over because he knew I found it. It may be foreign but I don’t believe it was. What I remember was there was a female army recruiter that resembled a German blonde. I don’t believe she was German as this took place in the 70s and she was recruiting males in the US. The female army recruiter I believe had a hat on that resembled army hats females wore sometimes that were small like older nurses. She was talking to a young guy that looked to have curly big hair like an afro but he was white. They eventually had sex on a sex swing in what was like a tent where the recruitment was going on.
