hello everyone. sorry to pry about this, but i can't seem to locate this scene anywhere. i've only seen a short clip of it in .gif format. in the scene, Steve Holmes and another actor are in seperate jail cells, and the female actress is sort of climbing the jailbars and fucking Steve from the outside. the actress is a brunette/black haired woman in black fishnets, heels and what i think is some sort of bondage collar.
