  This is the WORST web site I have encountered with (I'm from the UK, so please be prepared for worse if you are ELSEWHERE) 1. Emails are not replied until 5 days later. I wonder if Virginia (the name on the email) is having sex while at work. 2. In some orders, No DVD covers are sent to me, only the Discs. 3. The packaging is stupid. They insisted to send the DVD with the DVD plastic case. However, the DVD covrs are sent separately. WHY THE HELL CAN'T THEY SEND THE dvd and the covers only? This shipping technique is stupid. 4. I have yet to receive the DVDs I made on 1 August 2005. 5. In some orders, they forgot to include all the DVDs. It often happens that they miss 1 or 2 DVDs out and they insist wont send again or a refund. Save ...

  Does anyone have this problem where they are charged with custom charge? DVDs shipped in the usual brown envelope are opened by the custom in the UK and with this recent order, I was charged USD 50 for the DVds that I have ordered. Its a huge amount of the money considering I could have got three more DVDs with that amount of money!! Just feel a bit unfair as I have made orders from [link removed: Site is gone] www.adultdvdempire.com amongst others, but I dont have this problem with them. Only www.dvdexplorer.com and www.moviesbymail.com have this problem.

  I always pay tax for the orders I get from adultdvdexplorer.com. They are crap! I am still waiting for my parcels!! It drives me nuts!

  Sometimes your package wont have to go through custom. If you were unlucky I would imagine you would have to pay something like 12 pounds. It usually takes 5 days to arrive.

  jibstar, i have the same problem, but from other website. I suppose your DVDs have been kept by the customs people.. I would imagine they are very corrupted. Usually I got my DVDs withone 5 days, but I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for my order. I dont think they will arrive anymore.
