- Wrong DVD received problem with FiveStarDVD 3/6/2006 3:25:20 PM Hi, I'm currently having the same problem with Fivestar, only difference is that I havent't got any reply to my "incorrect quantity shipped" requests. Jack's Teen America 3 was shipped to me mid January, but I received Jack's Playground 3. After that, I tried to contact Fivestar four times - no answer. Hope this is something technical or misunderstandment. Hate to handle this issue on ADT forum, but I'm not used to this kind of service with Fivestar before. Orders made since 2002.
