  Well, here's an update... Ava is still alive and well...and apparently she's doing fine. She recently hooked up with Vicky Vette for an appearance in Vegas for the VSDA convention, and Vicky recently posted to her site message board that she is planning to have Ava as a guest for her (Vicky's) regular camshow this coming week. Heck, I didn't even know until lately that she had surgery to begin with.   This may be a bit much for my first post here to this forum (and BTW, I am very happy to be here), but this thread has had my head spinning for so long that I feel the need to respond. I should note that I was the one who originally refered Ernest Greene (via Nina Hartley's forum board) to the statement of Dr. Gloria Brame which Ernest responded so strongly at that forum.
