  Hello mate and thanks for your reply. What im talking about is not '1-1 webcam' stuff, it's contacting the pornstar directly via their website, providing them with the entire script of the video, and then paying them to produce it. The pornstar (Sinn Sage) promotes on her own website the offering of her doing custom videos, but doesn't specify the t&cs of re-sale of the produced video. In terms of money im looking to spend around 1,000 (for a 10min clip).

  Hello not sure if this is the correct website to ask this on, but hopefully someone here will know about legality issues with porn. I am looking to pat to have a custom video made for me by 2 pornstars, for the purpose of me then marketing it myself online and selling it via my own Clips4Sale account. I would be the one creating the script for the video, choosing the storyline and props, and will be paying the pornstars for the production of the video. But once the video has been produced for me, and sent to me, will I then automatically own the copyright for that video due to the fact that i scripted it and paid for it's entire production?
