  I just received the following merchandise ordered from http://www.thugdvds.com/ TEEN HUSTLER 3 at $29.95 each. CAPOEIRA 21 at $20.15 each. However what I received were "copies" of these DVD titles made on generic "Fujifilm" DVD-R discs, without the original box and coverart. Nowhere on their website does it indicate that they ARE NOT new factory-sealed DVDs. Had there been some indication of that, I would have NEVER purchased them, especially at the prices offered. Although the prices were "fair" for new DVDs on sale, they are entirely out of line with what I received, and I could have found these titles "used" elsewhere with their original box and cover art at prices lower than what I paid.   I have called both companies on the telephone and found the same person answering both numbers.

  I have only ordered from Cheapo once, but it was not a good experience. They shipped part of my order promptly but neither the invoice nor the confirmation email mentioned anything about the remaining items. I emailed them regarding the status and either got no response or very vague information. Eventually I received a voice mail message from them but when I called back and asked for that person, the person who answered told me he wasn't there and to call back at a later specified time. Each time I called back, the person I was trying to reach was not there, and it was always the same guy answering and telling me to call back again later.
