- Problem with disc from DVDRents. Advice? 7/30/2006 2:15:43 PM I don't have one handy at the moment to tell you exactly what it says, but there is a check box on the disc envelope for "scratched-unplayable". Check that and send it back, they'll replace it with another copy. I've had about 100 discs from them, and only one was totally unplayable. Most discs from them are in excellent condition, a few have needed cleaned but I've only struck out the once, and they replaced it.
- My Experience with WanteList's Rental Plan 7/30/2006 2:02:05 PM Hey fatalbert.... That about matches my experience with Wantedlist. Even tho I am 1-2 days AT MOST from their New Jersey warehouse, turnaround was still 10-12 days. Like you, I contacted them well in advance of my anniversary date to cancel, and they charged me for another month service anyway. I've had fairly good results with the Excalibur Hit Movies plans. I can recommend them, Wantedlist I cannot.
