- GERMAN and AUSTRIAN LAWS 11/16/2003 7:56 AM Anyone out there know what the laws on porn are in Germany? Do they vary from state to state? I have heard Bavaria is pretty conservative. What about Austria, as far as I can tell from websites anything up to and including mild S/M, watersports and fisting are allowed but scat, extreme S/M and bestiality are illegal.
